Job summary

MTM/AAA in Yuma County is seeking Drivers to join our team and provide safe, reliable non-emergency transportation. Training classes start weekly, with onsite sessions in Phoenix.

You will operate a company vehicle, assist passengers, and help ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 25+ years old, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges or felony convictions in past 7 years.
• No DUI/DWI convictions.
• Pass background check and motor vehicle record.
• DOT physical if over 65; pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable non-emergency transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading.
• Assist with mobility devices and securement as required.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; complete required paperwork.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
