MTM is hiring drivers for Yavapai County with weekly training classes. We offer a starting hourly rate of $16.00, onsite training in Phoenix, and a company vehicle with working A/C.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25+ years old.
• Valid Arizona Driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges or felony in past 7 years.
• No DUI/DWI convictions.
• Pass background check & MVR.
• DOT physical if over 65 and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading.
• Assist with mobility device securement for safety protocols.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off.
• Understand needs of older adults and people with disabilities.
• Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and DVIs inspections as required.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Use tablets or electronic devices as required.
