M&D Transportation is seeking a safety‑conscious delivery driver to operate company vehicles across Nashville, TN and surrounding distribution centers. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, on‑time deliveries, and professional communication with dispatch and customers.

Starting compensation is $18 per hour with potential incentives. Candidates should have a valid license, a clean driving record, and at least one year of delivery experience. Full‑time schedule Mon–Fri, 4:00am start.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate company-owned vehicles to transport wholesale goods on designated routes.
• Secure loads and protect product integrity during transport.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to meet safety standards.
• Comply with Federal and State regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of driving hours, deliveries, and inspections.
• Coordinate with dispatch to report delays and delivery status.
• Assist with minor vehicle troubleshooting and report maintenance needs.

Role Overview

M&D Transportation, LLC is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious driver to transport wholesale goods between distribution centers and customer locations. This position requires a professional driver with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance, safety, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned vehicles to transport wholesale goods on designated routes.
• Ensure all loads are secured and handled with care to prevent damage and maintain product integrity.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Adhere to all Federal and State motor vehicle regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of driving hours, deliveries, vehicle inspections, and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics personnel regarding delivery status, delays, or operational concerns.
• Assist with minor vehicle troubleshooting and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with temperature-controlled transport requirements when applicable.
• Uphold M&D Transportation’s commitment to safety, customer service, and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be 25 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a delivery driver.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal and State motor vehicle regulations, safety protocols, and commercial vehicle operation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling sensitive cargo is a plus.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday.
• Shift begins at 4:00am.
