Job summary

M&D Transportation, LLC is seeking a safety‑minded delivery driver to transport wholesale goods between distribution centers and customer locations. You will operate company vehicles, inspect equipment, and maintain accurate delivery records while adhering to federal and state regulations.

The role requires 25+ years of age, a clean driving record, and at least one year of delivery driving experience. Flexible hours including nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a delivery driver.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal and State motor vehicle regulations, safety protocols, and commercial vehicle operation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all loads are secured and handled with care to prevent damage and maintain product integrity.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Adhere to all Federal and State motor vehicle regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of driving hours, deliveries, vehicle inspections, and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics personnel regarding delivery status, delays, or operational concerns.
• Assist with minor vehicle troubleshooting and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with temperature-controlled transport requirements when applicable.
• Uphold M&D Transportation’s commitment to safety, customer service, and reliability.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday.
• Shift begins at 4:00am.

Compensation

• Starting pay is $18 per hour but can vary based on experience.
