M&D Transportation, LLC is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to transport wholesale goods between distribution centers and customer locations. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and punctuality to ensure reliable service.

The position offers Monday–Friday shifts starting at 4:00am, with hourly pay starting at $18 and opportunities for incentives. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and fitness program reimbursement.

Formación

• Must be 25 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of delivery driver experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal and State motor vehicle regulations, safety protocols, and commercial vehicle operation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays if required.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate company-owned vehicles to transport wholesale goods on designated routes.
• Ensure all loads are secured and handled with care to prevent damage and maintain product integrity.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Adhere to all Federal and State motor vehicle regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of driving hours, deliveries, vehicle inspections, and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics personnel regarding delivery status, delays, or operational concerns.
• Assist with minor vehicle troubleshooting and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with temperature-controlled transport requirements when applicable.
• Uphold M&D Transportation’s commitment to safety, customer service, and reliability.
