TVH Americas is seeking a Non-Conforming Technician in Olathe, Kansas responsible for processing and managing non-conformances in quality assurance. This role includes evaluating product quality, handling returns, and documenting discrepancies effectively.

The Non-conforming technician is a hands‑on position responsible for processing daily Non-conformance, noting all discrepancies in the QA database. Sorting N/C returns from TVH DC's. Follow‑up with materials on all discrepancies, obtain return authorizations, and assist TVH materials dept. to insure future compliance.
You must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur.
You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally. Team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.
