Job summary

White Oak of Shelby is seeking a Transportation Specialist for its 160-bed Skilled & Rehab Facility near downtown Shelby. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role transports residents to appointments, labs, consults, ER, and other medical visits, and may transport incoming residents. Benefits start after 30 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, disability and life coverages.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport residents safely.
• CNA certification preferred if available.

White Oak of Shelby is currently accepting applications for a Transportation Specialist.

Full time 1st Monday -Friday

Active CNA listed on the registry is a plus.

PURPOSE : To transport residents to and from appointments, labs, consults, ER, etc. May also transport incoming residents. Provides transportation services for nursing home residents related to non-emergency hospital and routine diagnostic or medical care by approved providers.

We are a 160 bed Skilled and Rehab Facility located near downtown Shelby.
