A&C Adult and Child Health, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader, Non-Clinical to oversee a dedicated team and drive high-quality client experiences. This role focuses on guiding staff, ensuring adherence to program standards, and supporting strategic goals through mentoring and training.

The incumbent will monitor staff performance, foster collaboration, and participate in crisis interventions as needed while maintaining compliant documentation and an environment that supports staff strengths.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field required.
• Experience mentoring and training staff to meet program standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and community partners.
