Harmony Trace, operated by National Church Residences, in Hilliard, Ohio, is seeking a Non-Certified Nurse Assistant for the 6a-6p PRN shift to provide direct care to residents.

The role includes assisting with daily living activities, reporting needs to supervisors, and supporting nursing staff. Qualifications emphasize HS diploma or GED, English proficiency, and 2–4 years preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in a program.
• Two to four years experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain resident rooms and restore comfort through care
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff; report changes promptly.
• Assist nurses with vitals, weights, and documentation; help with admissions and training.
• Follow Resident Rights; protect confidentiality and report concerns.
• Document resident information accurately in the EMR system.
• Adhere to safety/compliance policies; use equipment properly.
• Assist with food service tasks: meal prep, service, and post-meal care.
