Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA is seeking a Non-Certified Chaplain - Spiritual Care to provide professional spiritual support in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings on a per-diem basis.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire; preferred candidates hold a Master's in Theology or related field and have clinical pastoral education units and pastoral experience.

Non-Certified Chaplain - Spiritual Care at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is per-diem and will work 8-hour, variable shifts.

The Non-Certified Chaplain provides professional and competent spiritual care ministry, and is responsible for serving the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of care recipients and caregivers- in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies similarly accepted in chaplaincy board certifying organizations.
• Coursework/Training: 2 Units clinical pastoral education units.
• 1 year Pastoral experience.
