The Non-Certified Chaplain provides professional and competent spiritual care ministry, and is responsible for serving the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of care recipients and caregivers - in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies similarly accepted in chaplaincy board certifying organizations.
• Coursework/Training: 2 Units clinical pastoral education units.
• 1 year Pastoral experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
