Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a Truck Driver Non-CDL in Oakland, CA to move equipment and materials within yards and docks while upholding health, safety, and environmental standards. You will operate tractor trailers or trucks over 26,000 GVW and perform vehicle inspections and routine yard support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of driving experience and a valid Driver’s license required.
• Must comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Move freight and materials to and from production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers using trucks and other equipment.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and ensuring proper vehicle placement.
• Perform inspections of assigned vehicles to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Provide backup or assistance throughout the yard as needed.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, violations, or damages to the supervisor.
