CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company serving major wireless, High-speed Internet and cable providers. We are hiring a Non-CDL Truck Driver to transport cargo within the local Inver Grove Heights, MN area.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with 40–50 hours weekly and a starting pay of $24.00 per hour. Weekly paycheck and comprehensive benefits accompany this on-site position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years recent commercial delivery-driving experience or willing to complete a company driving training program.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
• Capacity to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and dependability.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the truck pre- and post-trip.
• Accurately complete vehicle inspection sheets, fuel consumption logs, daily log sheets, bills of lading, vehicle trip records, and expense reports.
• Ensures all cargo is loaded, checked, and safely secured during transit.
• Assists with or oversees loading and unloading of cargo to ensure secure transit.
• Acquires all proper signatures on shipping/receiving documents.
• Monitors the maintenance and repair of the truck.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and representing the company positively.
• Responsible for following all Federal and State DOT regulations as well as warehouse safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are currently hiring a Non-CDL Truck Driver (also known as Box Truck Driver, Local Delivery Driver, or Straight Truck Driver) to drive a small truck to transport cargo to and from destinations within the immediate local area.

Non-CDL Truck Driver

• Position: Non-CDL Truck Driver
• 1st Shift: Flexible Morning Shifts, Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
• Pay: starting at $24.00
• Hours: 40-50 hours per week
• Overtime: 0-10 hours per week
• Pay Schedule: Weekly paycheck (every Thursday)

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus
• Strong commitment to customer service

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs., if necessary
• Flexible early morning shifts
