Job description



Staffmark Drivers is seeking new talent in Piedmont, SC, and hiring an experienced Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire role offering consistent weekday hours, local routes (home daily), and a supportive work environment!



Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour



Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 1st Shift



Requirements:



  • Must be at least 22 years old

  • Valid Driver's License and current DOT Medical Card

  • Minimum 1 year of box truck driving experience in the last 3 years

  • Clear MVR (within the past 5 years) and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings

  • Forklift and pallet jack experience required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Business casual dress and steel-toe shoes required

  • Strong attention to detail, math skills, and communication

  • Able to work safely around machinery and lift/stoop/bend as needed

Driving & Job Details:



  • 40% Driving / 60% Warehouse Work

  • Local routes: 5-50 miles daily, approx. 200 miles weekly

  • Vehicle: Box Truck or Van with liftgate (automatic transmission)

  • Touch freight: delivering reels of wire, conduit, and miscellaneous materials

  • Equipment: Pallet jack and forklift provided

  • No passengers (except during training)

  • Wire cutting, order pulling, ticket processing

  • Receiving and putting away inventory

  • Loading/unloading trucks

  • Assembling and packaging products

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

  • Participating in inventory counts
