NOW HIRING

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring non‑CDL drivers. Get hired – receive a $500 sign‑on bonus after 30 days. Starting pay: $20 per hour plus tips.

No experience is required. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record over the last five years. Reliable transportation to and from work is required. Candidates must authorize a background check and a pre‑employment drug screen. Two Men and a Truck is a drug‑free workplace.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $20 per hour plus tips
• Opportunities for additional pay:

Hours

• Full‑time and part‑time schedules available Monday through Saturday (Sundays optional based on demand).

About the Role

• Greet customers upon arrival at the location, make a positive first impression, and complete a walk‑through of the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customers’ belongings.
• Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.
• Accurately complete paperwork and collect payment.
• Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.

Paid Training

• Employees receive training on proper preparation, lifting, and moving furnishings and boxes, including correct use of moving equipment.
• Employees complete a training and support program to drive a commercial vehicle and obtain a DOT certificate at no cost.
• Employees can participate in an online career advancement training program.
