Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring drivers (non-CDL) / laborers in Beavercreek, Ohio. Starting pay is $19 per hour plus tips, with weekly pay and paid training as safety is our number one priority.

Full-time roles involve 8–10 hour shifts; opportunities for growth are strong within the franchise. The job includes operating branded 26 ft box trucks and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older, valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, walking.
• Stamina – this role is physically demanding.
• Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor is helpful but not required.

• Drivers safely operate moving truck, perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers.
• Provide positive energy and top-notch service.
• Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.

Who We’re Looking For
