Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking non-CDL drivers ready to join a dynamic team. This position offers a starting pay of $20/hour plus tips, along with opportunities for additional earnings through overtime and long-distance moves. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, and after 30 days, new hires are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Good driving record over the last 5 years.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be willing to authorize a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Drug-free workplace.

• Safely move, pack, and unpack customers' belongings.
• Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.

Compensation

Hours

Full‑time and part‑time schedules available Monday through Saturday (Sundays optional based on demand).

About The Role

• Greet customers upon arrival, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk‑through of the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing and unpacking customers’ belongings.
• Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
• Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.

Paid Training

• All employees are trained in proper preparation, lifting, and moving furnishings and boxes, including the proper use of moving equipment.
• Complete training and support program to drive a commercial vehicle and obtain a DOT certificate at no cost to you.
