Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Ohio is hiring non-CDL drivers / laborers. Starting pay is $19+ per hour plus tips, with weekly pay and paid training. You’ll operate branded 26 ft box trucks, perform daily inspections, and help move and protect customer belongings with care.

No CDL is required. This full-time role offers growth opportunities, a safety‑minded team, and a chance to travel locally as needed. Must be 21+, hold a valid license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, walking.
• Stamina for physically demanding work.
• Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor/helpful but not required.

• Safely operate moving trucks and perform daily truck inspections.
• Complete paperwork with customers.
• Provide positive energy and top-notch service.
• Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.

Who We’re Looking For
