Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to join our Los Angeles, CA team. This full-time role offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm with overtime as needed, and a starting pay of $22/hour.

You will deliver materials, support loading/unloading, and ensure accurate delivery documentation. We value safety, customer service, and reliability, with pre-employment drug screening and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must follow DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure delivery ticket is included.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product for credit.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment and stocking material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations and use PPE correctly.
