Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley seeks a driver to transport donated materials from collection points to processing and point of sale. You will accept merchandise donations according to the written procedures and maintain vehicle records as part of daily operations.

Key duties include loading and sorting materials on trailers, driving trucks to donation sites, maintaining mileage and fuel logs, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Experience driving 1-1/2 ton van-type truck is required.
• Able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read maps and follow routes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive and load materials between donation sites and processing/retail locations.
• Maintain daily donor and mileage reports and vehicle records.
• Operate trucks safely, following traffic regulations and safety procedures.
• Assist with unloading donations and keeping the vehicle stocked and ready for routes.
