Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is seeking a transportation driver to provide door-to-door service for participants within our service areas. This role involves assisting participants as needed and maintaining safety and cleanliness of agency vehicles.

The position operates a split morning/afternoon shift Monday–Friday with no weekend work. Applicants must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and be able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to insurance.
• Must pass criminal background check and random drug screens.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Transport participants door-to-door in agency vehicles.
• Ensure safety; secure seat belts and wheelchairs.
• Maintain route schedules and provide updates.
• Complete daily mileage and attendance records.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
