Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Driver to support a premier manufacturing client in Kearny, NJ. The role involves short-distance deliveries, loading/unloading, and basic warehouse tasks using company vehicles.

This 1st shift position (7:00am–3:30pm) is non-CDL and requires a valid license, a clean driving record, ability to pass the DOT driving test, and the strength to lift up to 100 pounds. CDL not required; forklift certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CDL is not required.
• Must be able to pass the required DOT driving test.
• Forklift experience or ability to become forklift certified.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors and drive in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to pull orders and safely load and unload trucks.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety, environmental, operational, and quality policies.

The Driver is responsible for making short-distance deliveries and pickups of materials between the Kearny facility and nearby locations using company vehicles. The position also assists with loading, unloading, material handling, and general warehouse operations.
