Job summary

Trilogy Medwaste is seeking a dedicated NON-CDL DRIVER in Jacksonville, FL. You will safely collect healthcare waste, follow routes, and support customers and regulators with professionalism. Compensation is $22.00 per hour with incentives, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires a clean driving record, ability to use mobile manifests, and adherence to safety and DOT rules. Training is provided, and the position is full-time with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record within 3 years with no accidents.
• Excellent customer service skills with employees, customers and regulators.
• Ability to use a computer for data entry.
• Must be able to use a mobile app for manifest documentation.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing business demands.
• Must meet DOT and licensing requirements.
• Licensed to drive (Class C minimum; Class A/B acceptable).
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Medical Examiner’s Card (MEC).

Responsibilities

• Collect containers from health care offices.
• Drive vehicle to customer locations and collect materials per route.
• Complete required training and inspections.
• Maintain Hours of Service logs and manifests.
• Report pre/post-trip inspections.
• Label, load, and secure materials for transport.
• Clean, refuel, and maintain the vehicle.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
