Job summary

Charlie’s Produce is seeking a delivery professional to ensure safe, efficient produce deliveries across the Phoenix Metro area. You will verify invoices, load and unload with a pallet jack, and provide excellent customer service at each stop.

Candidates should have 1+ year driving experience, a valid driver's license and medical card, the ability to lift 50 lbs+, and be able to read English. This safety‑sensitive role supports our on-time service and community focus.

Qualifications

• Interstate qualification may be required.
• Ability to read and understand English and follow DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Accurately check invoices as deliveries are made.
• Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack.
• Provide superior customer service at each stop.
• Assist in issuing credits and collecting COD payments.
• Maintain a cooperative, customer-focused attitude with colleagues.
• Ensure equipment is professionally maintained, reliable, and safe.

Job Description

You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Phoenix Metro area.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
• Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
• Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
• Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
• All other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications

• Be 23 yrs. or older
• 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred
• Valid drivers licenseand medical card Interstate qualification, registered
• Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
• Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English Satisfactory driving record
