Job summary

Charlie\'s Produce in Phoenix seeks a delivery driver to ensure the safe, on-time delivery of fresh produce to customers throughout the Phoenix metro area.

You will check invoices, load and unload with an electric pallet jack, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain safe equipment while adhering to DOT requirements. A valid driver\'s license and ability to lift 50 lbs+ are required.

Qualifications

• Be 23 yrs. or older.
• 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and medical card Interstate qualification, registered
• Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
• Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English
• Satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
• Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
• Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
• Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
• All other duties as requested or assigned

Additional Compensation Details
