Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a truck driver to deliver materials to customers, assist with loading, and manage returns with accuracy. You will perform regular vehicle inspections, fuel as needed, and uphold safety policies while supporting warehouse teammates.

The role requires a CDL-C, forklift experience, and 2–3 years of delivery and warehouse work. You will operate with basic tech like iPads and warehouse software.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state license required; CDL C.
• Must maintain a DOT medical card.
• Forklift driving experience required.
• 2–3 years of delivery driving experience.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 90 lbs occasionally.
• Comfort with basic technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading and ensure ticket accuracy.
• Pickup customer returns and validate product for credits.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse staff with pulling, packing, and stocking orders.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Wear PPE and follow safety standards including harness usage.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includesassistancewith loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns,validatingproduct match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assistwarehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying,stagingand stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs.

Pay Range:

$16.39 - $24.58

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
