Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a delivery driver based in Michigan. The role focuses on delivering materials to customers, assisting with loading and unloading, and ensuring accurate ticketing and delivery documentation.

A strong customer-focused approach and reliable safety practices are essential. Qualifications include a valid CDL-C, DOT medical card, forklift experience, and 2–3 years of delivery and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL-C license required and DOT medical card maintained.
• Forklift driving experience is required.
• 2-3 years of delivery driving experience.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure delivery tickets are provided.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse staff with pulling/preparing orders and receiving, staging, and stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to PPE requirements, including a safety harness where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid state issued license isrequired.
• Must have a Valid CDL C.
• Mustcurrently, have,acquire, and/ormaintaina valid DOT Medical cardin order tomeet driver requirements.
• Forklift driving experience isrequired.

• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbsregularly and 90lbsoccasionally.
• A background in warehouse operations andlogistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate andoperatebasic technologyand software, including iPadsandWarehouse Management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includesassistancewith loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns,validatingproduct match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assistwarehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying,stagingand stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs.

Pay Range:

$16.39 - $24.58

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
