Trilogy Medwaste in Fresno, CA is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely collect containers from healthcare offices and drive routes for material transport. The role requires adherence to DOT regulations and strong customer communication. You will perform inspections, document shipments, and maintain vehicle readiness.
Competitive hourly pay of $20.00–$23.00 with benefits, PTO, and company-matched 401(k). Training provided, and lifting up to 65 lbs may be required.

The Driver plays a key role in the success of our business. The successful individual will be able to safely and efficiently complete customer collection routes with varying schedules and deadlines. This individual will interact with customers, employees, members of senior management, and regulatory representatives. Drivers must follow all safety and compliance regulations. In every case, this individual must present themselves with the professionalism and discretion appropriate for each interactive situation.
Drivers are equipped with a convertible hand truck to dolly heavier or multiple containers from the generator’s storage to our vehicle for transport.
