Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely deliver materials to customer locations and job sites. This role combines driving with hands-on loading/unloading and verification of deliveries, requiring a safety-focused, reliable candidate who delivers excellent customer service.

You will perform inspections, maintain delivery logs, and support warehouse operations. A valid license, DOT medical card within 30 days, forklift experience, and strong communication skills are essential for success

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 30 days.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Prior experience in direct customer interaction.
• Effective communication with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
• Adaptability to work in diverse environments and adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic laws and policies.
• Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations on time.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Verify materials and delivery details before/after each delivery.
• Obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required.
• Maintain delivery logs and complete paperwork accurately.
• Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel.
• Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, or corrections as needed.
• Support warehouse or yard operations and material staging.
