Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to safely deliver materials to customer locations and job sites. You will assist with loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service and accurate delivery records.

This role requires a valid Class E (or equivalent) license, a strong safety mindset, and effective communication with customers and job site personnel. You will contribute to smooth operations and timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations accurately and on time.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Verify materials, quantities, and delivery details before and after each delivery.
• Obtain required documentation, such as signatures or proof of delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete required paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel.
• Address questions or concerns and ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, or corrections as needed.
• Support warehouse or yard operations, including staging and organizing materials.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations
