Job summary

Crossroads Delivery LLC in Elkhart, IN is hiring non-CDL delivery drivers to handle last-mile deliveries. This full-time role requires no CDL and no prior experience, with a starting wage of 23.00 per hour and weekly pay.

You'll work four days a week, with 9–10 hour shifts and overtime potential, plus benefits and PTO from day one. You will load and drive a van, deliver 150–250+ packages daily, provide friendly customer service, work outdoors in all weather, and follow local laws and company

• No CDL and no experience required.
• Able to pass background, driving record, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 150–250+ packages per day using the delivery app.
• Load van, drive to routes, and complete end-of-route tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow local laws and company policies.
• Work outdoors in all weather and handle packages up to 50 lbs.
• Return to station after routes and maintain vehicle care and safety.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting at $23.00/hour, paid WEEKLY


• WEEKLY bonuses, incentives, and a referral program


• Full-time: 4 days a week, 9–10 hour shifts (36–40 hrs), including one weekend day


• Part-time and seasonal roles also available

A Day on the Job

• Start at the station, check in with the team, get your van and equipment, and load your van


• Deliver 150–250+ packages along your route, using ourdelivery app on our phone for GPS and sequencing


• Get in and out of the van 120–200+ times a day. It’s active, physical work, and you’ll stay moving.


• Packages are usually under 10 lbs, but some can weigh up to 50 lbs


• Work outdoors in all weather and on varied routes


• Give every delivery excellent customer service


• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies


• Return to the station and complete your end-of-route activities before heading home

• Be at least 21 years old


• Authorized to work in the U.S.


• Able to pass a background check, a driving record check, and a drug screen
