Job summary

Crossroads Delivery LLC is hiring non-CDL delivery drivers for last-mile delivery out of our Elkhart station. Earn starting at $23.00 per hour, paid weekly, with weekly bonuses and overtime available. Full-time 4 days a week, 9–10 hour shifts (36–40 hrs), including one weekend day.

Benefits include 2 weeks of PTO accruing from day one and medical/dental/vision insurance. New drivers receive paid training and there is a clear career path from Driver to Trainer to Lead/Dispatcher.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check and a drug screen

Responsibilities

• Start at the station, check in with the team, load your van and equipment
• Deliver 150–250+ packages along your route using the app for GPS/sequencing
• Handle 120–200+ van entries per day; stay active and mobile
• Packages usually under 10 lbs, some up to 50 lbs
• Work outdoors in all weather and varied routes
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery
• Return to the station and complete end-of-route tasks before heading home

Pay & Schedule

• Starting at $23.00/hour, paid WEEKLY
• WEEKLY bonuses, incentives, and a referral program
• Full-time: 4 days a week, 9–10 hour shifts (36–40 hrs), including one weekend day

A Day on the Job

• Start at the station, check in with the team, get your van and equipment, and load your van
• Deliver 150–250+ packages along your route, using ourdelivery app on our phone for GPS and sequencing
• Get in and out of the van 120–200+ times a day. It’s active, physical work, and you’ll stay moving.
• Packages are usually under 10 lbs, but some can weigh up to 50 lbs
• Work outdoors in all weather and on varied routes
• Give every delivery excellent customer service
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Return to the station and complete your end-of-route activities before heading home
