The Road Runners LLC in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring motivated Delivery Drivers for non-CDL work with paid training. Drive a company van from our warehouse, follow GPS routes, and deliver packages to customers.

We offer weekly pay of $23.25/hour, bonuses for safety and performance, overtime after 40 hours, and benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision and 401k. Flexible full- and part-time shifts with opportunities for promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to enter and exit a delivery vehicle ~200 times per shift.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a driver team.
• Background check will be conducted as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure packages into your delivery vehicle for routes.

• Flexible Scheduling – Hiring for full and part time positions for 8-10 hour shifts. Full time employees work a 4 day/week schedule so that they have more time to spend with friends and family. Day/evening shift, no nights. Overtime pay is offered after 40 hours/week.
• Great Benefits – All employees start accruing paid time off on day 1! Full time employees are also eligible for medical, dental, vision and other insurances after 30 days of employment.
• 401k - With up to 3.5% employer match.Eligible after 90 days of employment.
• Tuition Reimbursement- Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar year. Available for college degree courses taken at any accredited institution in the U.S. and CDL training.
• Independence – Load a company provided van and spend the rest of your shift safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
• Free Shoes – You will receive $125 credit to purchase new, comfortable work shoes every year!

Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

As a delivery driver with The Road Runners LLC, you will start and end your day at our warehouse location at 3951 Trade Drive SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508. Your day-to-day will include:

• Report to the warehouse each morning for loadout and route assignment
• Load andyour provided delivery vehicle with packages at the warehouse before heading out on route
• Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route safely and efficiently complete all deliveries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customers receive their packages on time
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle throughout your shift
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on delivery route
• Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift to complete closeout procedures

Non CDL Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs up/down multiple flights of stairs throughout the day.
• Ability to enter and exit a delivery vehicle approximately 200 times per shift.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a driver team.
• Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
