Job description

Stateline Irrigation Supply, a partner of Heritage Landscape, is seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented team player for the position of Full-Time Non CDL Delivery Driver. This role involves delivering products to customers, handling order entry at the sales counter, and performing related warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping products, and loading trucks.

Workweek: Monday through Friday, with potential overtime during the busy season.

Pay range: $21.00 and up (depending on experience)

Essential Duties

1. Entering orders at point of sale using the company computer system
2. Interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and in person
3. Order picking and staging
4. Replenishment of stock
5. Shipping and receiving
6. Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
7. Delivering products to customers and branch locations
8. Ensuring safety through pre-trip inspections, securing loads, and strict adherence to DOT/CDL regulations
9. Understanding and complying with FMCSA regulations
10. Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Basic computer skills and internet use
2. Acceptable driving record and verifiable driving history
3. Forklift experience (helpful but not required)
4. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
5. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
6. Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
