Job summary

Imperial Brady in San Diego, CA, seeks a Non CDL Delivery Driver to support cross dock operations. You will deliver products to customer sites, unload using hand, pallet jack, and lift gate, and provide excellent service.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 5:00am start, about 10 hours per route, with pay at $22.00 per hour and a strong safety mindset. Join a growing transportation team delivering Supplies + Support across our network.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• Good driving record.
• 1 year of CDL B experience.
• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck up to 26,000 pounds GVW.
• Load and unload cargo via hand, pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Track and document the activity log.
• Report issues or incidents to dispatch.
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip.
• Communicate with customers with a positive attitude.

The Non CDL Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 5:00am-until route completed. Approximate route is 10 hours.

Pay rate: $22.00/hourly

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

You have:

• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Strong work ethic
