Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Driver to operate a vehicle and transport goods to destinations in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, loading/unloading as required, following delivery schedules, and delivering excellent customer service during both delivery and pickup operations. The role emphasizes accurate log maintenance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid state driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Familiarity with using navigation systems.
• Proficiency in English required for communication regarding safety.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous driving or logistics experience preferred.

Position Purpose

The Non-CDL Driver for Heritage Pool is responsible for operating a vehicle for transporting goods, products, or materials to various destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL vehicle ensuring all products, goods, or materials are transported to their destinations.
• Perform pre and post vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies.
• Load and unload vehicle as required.
• Follow delivery schedule and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service during the delivery and pick-up operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of all transport and vehicle maintenance.

Physical Requirements

This role involves regular physical activity including lifting, loading and unloading goods and long hours of driving. Candidates must be physically fit and able to frequently lift up to 50lbs.

Working Conditions

Drivers will work in a variety of weather conditions and must be comfortable driving in these conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possession of a valid state driver's license.

• Familiarity with using navigation systems.
• Proficiency in English required for communication regarding safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in driving or logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
