Job summary

Hub Group is seeking Appliance Delivery Drivers to join our Cincinnati-area team. You will deliver and install appliances on local routes, earning a base rate of $23.00 per hour with overtime at $34.50 per hour.

Daily bonuses can add up to $100+ and drivers are paid weekly, with routes designed to get you home daily. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and at least 6 months of box truck experience; appliance installation experience is preferred and you must be 21

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate delivery, including installation of appliances
• Follow installation instructions per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of appliances
• Ability to maneuver items with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
• Safely transport and deliver appliances to customers on assigned routes, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process

Pay & Benefits:

• Base Pay Rate: Earn $23.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay Rate: Earn $34.50 per hour
• 8-10 hour routes daily
• Up to $100+ per day in bonuses
• Earn $5 per completed stop + $2 per on-time stop
• 15 stops = $100+ in extra daily earnings
• Paid weekly
• Local routes
• Get home daily

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record for all drivers
• 6 months of verifiable box truck experience required
• Appliance installation experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age

• Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliancesMust be able to follow complex installation instructions as per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc

• Safely transport and deliver appliances to customers on assigned routes, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process
