Job summary

Hub Group Final Mile is seeking an Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for appliance delivery routes with basic hookup. Appliances installed can range from refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, to other home appliances.

Requirements include owning a 26' box truck with a lift gate, a personal set of tools, and professional installation experience or willingness to learn. Local work, home daily, with weekly settlements and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Contractors/Owner Operators must have active MC Operating Authority and DOT number.
• Must own, rent or lease a 26' box truck with a lift gate and a personal set of tools.
• Experience as appliance installer or willingness to learn the trade.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate delivery including installation of appliances.
• Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install appliances.
• Follow complex installation instructions per manufacturer specs to complete installs.
• Maneuver items with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
• Provide a two-person delivery team.
