Hub Group is seeking an experienced full-time Delivery Helper to assist in the delivery and installation of built-in appliances for our nationally known client(s). This role requires 6+ months of appliance installation experience and involves installing refrigerators, freezers, ranges, microwaves, dishwashers, and more.

Shifts run Sunday through Saturday with 10–12 hour days and overtime after 40 hours. The base pay is $20 per hour with overtime eligibility, and a valid driver’s license is

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Understanding of basic electrical and plumbing principles for problem solving.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• 6+ months work experience as an appliance installer.
• Experience with appliance dolly and straps.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and professional customer service while remaining customer-oriented and consistently exceeding customer expectations in every home entered.
• Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust and install various appliances
• Safely travel to installation calls on a scheduled route
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, and a clean professional appearance
• Follow complex installation instructions per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc.
• Adhere to company policies across safety, customer interaction, and operational protocols
• Lift up to 75lbs independently and up to 100–600lbs with appliance dolly and straps
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Shift

Days of Operation: Sunday - Saturday (includes holidays)
Dock opens 5a | Must Report by 5:30a
Average 10-12hr days | OT after 40hr
Must be flexible based on business needs

Pay

$20/hr base rate | OT after 40hrs

Essential Job Functions

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver’s license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment onboarding including backgrounds and drug screening
• Understanding of basic electric and plumbing principles for problem solving
• Problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Must have 6+ months work experience as an appliance installer
• Must have previous experience with an appliance dolly and straps.
• Maintain a pleasant, polite, and professional demeanor when interacting with co-workers and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
