Job summary

Two Stripes Logistics is hiring experienced Appliance Delivery & Installation Drivers who take pride in providing exceptional customer service and quality installations. This is not a sit in the truck position; you\'ll be responsible for safely delivering, installing, and removing household appliances while providing a professional, white-glove customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and installing appliances is preferred.
• Experience driving a 26-foot box truck is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift and move heavy appliances with a partner.
• Professional attitude and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck
• Deliver and install household appliances
• Remove old appliances when required
• Complete basic installations
• Work efficiently with your delivery helper
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Protect customer homes during every delivery

Job description

Pay: Starting at $225 per day with the opportunity to earn substantially more through guaranteed raises and performance bonuses.

This is not a "sit in the truck" position. You'll be responsible for safely delivering, installing, and removing household appliances while providing a professional, white-glove customer experience.

Compensation

Base Pay

• Starting Pay: $225 per day

• 90 Days: $235 per day

• 180 Days: $245 per day

• 1 Year: $260 per day

Weekly Customer Satisfaction Bonus

Our customer survey scores directly increase what our company earns, so we share that success with our delivery teams.

Average Weekly Survey Score

• Below 90%: No bonus

• 90.0% - 94.99%

  • Driver: +$18 per day worked

• 95.0% or Higher

  • Driver: +$36 per day worked

Monthly Damage-Free Bonus

Earn an additional $200 per month for:

• No chargeable delivery damage claims

• No preventable installation damage

• No preventable vehicle accidents

• Proper care of customer property and company equipment
