Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver in San Antonio, TX. The role involves safe loading, transport, and delivery of used tires on a two‑person team. You will perform manual tire loading, ensure secure loads, and complete required documentation.

DOT/FMCSA compliance and a clean MVR are required. The job requires physical work, driving on routes, and professional interaction with customers and dispatch.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21 or older.
• Meet FMCSA driver qualification requirements as applicable to non-CDL drivers.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck on assigned routes for tire removal.
• Work with a Route Helper to load, stack, lace, and secure tires.
• Manually handle and stack tires weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Serve as the primary contact at customer sites and obtain signatures.
• Ensure loads are properly stacked, secured, and compliant with safety rules before transport.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
