Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Non-CDL Yard Driver inSan Antonio, TX. This full-time role involves moving equipment, inspecting and reporting defects, and operating yard trucks in a dirty, wet environment in varying weather conditions.

You will transfer trailers, document weights, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain safety standards while supporting a collaborative team in a fast-paced yard setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to be trained and certified to operate a forklift.
• Ability to back trailers into designated areas for loading/unloading.
• Prior experience in tire recycling or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks in a safe manner during roll-on/roll-off operations.
• Transfer trailers between trucks and position within the yard.
• Complete paperwork including trailer numbers and weights.
• Assist in loading and unloading tasks when needed.
• Back trailers into designated loading areas for efficiency.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively to keep operations smooth.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain yard truck condition and perform basic upkeep.
