Job summary

Daniels Health in Shakopee, MN is seeking a customer-focused, non CDL driver to operate a 26‑foot box truck, collect sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare locations, and deliver safe, reliable service daily.

This full-time role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, Monday–Friday hours around 5 AM start, and benefits from day one. DOT compliance, pre/post trip checks, and heavy lifting are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience with 26 ft box trucks is required.
• Clean driving record and valid DOT medical card.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Operating 26 ft box trucks to complete deliveries.
• Complete deliveries to time schedule and communicate changes or challenges.
• Loading and unloading, and organizing the truck per schedule.
• Managing a route as directed by leadership and delivering timely service.
• Complying with DOT regulations and logging hours and roadside inspections.
• Heavy lifting required.
