Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a skilled full-stack engineer to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software in a globally distributed team. You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and Next.js to build scalable back-end and front-end solutions on Azure, applying IaC with Terraform and automating via GitHub Actions.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions that improve performance, reliability, and security

Qualifications

• Solid professional experience in full-stack development with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong NestJS and Next.js expertise for scalable backend and web apps.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
• Experience with GitHub-based CI/CD workflows and GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and Next.js.
• Build scalable, maintainable backend services and responsive web applications that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams and client stakeholders to understand business needs, evaluate technical options, and deliver effective software solutions.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications, working with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform to support consistent, repeatable, and maintainable infrastructure provisioning.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Runners to automate software builds, testing, and deployment.
• Design and support event-driven processing solutions to enable reliable communication and data exchange between system components.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote coding standards, maintainability, and software quality across the team.
• Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and contribute innovative solutions that improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support software engineering activities.
• Contribute to technical planning, collaborative problem-solving, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
