Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC is seeking an Internal Medicine trained Hospitalist to join a hospital-employed nocturnist program in Dothan, Alabama. Night shifts, a flexible schedule, collaborative inpatient care, and subspecialty support are provided with comprehensive EPIC EMR documentation.

Ideal candidates are MD/DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, and eligible for Alabama licensure. A $100,000 signing bonus and quarterly bonus opportunity are available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency training required.
• Eligible for Alabama medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient coverage for unassigned admissions from the emergency department.
• Manage transfers and inpatient consultations.
• Admit and co-manage critically ill adults with intensivist support.
• Collaborate with specialists across service lines.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.
