Women's Healthcare Associates is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team as a Call-Only Nocturnist at Legacy Meridian Park in Tualatin, OR. The role provides independent midwifery care to obstetrics patients in the hospital setting, focusing on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.

The position requires an MS in Nursing, Oregon RN license, AMCB certification, and NP-PP with prescriptive privileges.

Formación

Master of Science degree in Nursing required.
Current unrestricted Oregon RN license.
Graduate of ACNM-certified Nurse Midwife program and AMCB certification.
Current Oregon NP-PP licensure with prescriptive privileges.
Current BCLS and CPR certification required.
Professional nursing experience in a clinic setting or NP experience in women's health; minimum 1 year.

Responsabilidades

Performs history and physical examinations for low- to moderate-risk obstetric patients.
Orders, performs, and interprets labs and diagnostic tests; differentiates normal from requiring treatment.
Monitors patient status and cooperates with consults or referrals as needed.
Provides obstetrical care including labor management and delivery; manages minor complications.
Documents clinical information in the EMR and ensures proper coding and charge submission.
Collaborates with healthcare teams to manage acute and long-term patient needs.
