Job summary

77 Consultants seeks a Licenced CNM to provide high-quality midwifery care in a medical practice setting in Oregon. This locum role supports pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum care within an inpatient environment.

The ideal candidate is board-certified, with strong communication skills and a commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care in collaboration with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current CNM credential from AMCB.
• Active state CNM licensure in Oregon or eligibility.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal care with routine exams, screenings and education.
• Manage labor and delivery for low-risk pregnancies per clinical protocols.
• Perform postpartum assessments and newborn care coordination.
• Offer family planning counseling and contraceptive services.
• Conduct gynecologic exams and well-woman visits.
• Document encounters in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for complex care.
• Educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and reproductive health.
