Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing required.
Current unrestricted Oregon RN license required.
Graduate of ACNM-accredited CNM program and AMCB certification.
Current Oregon NP-PP licensure required.
BCLS and CPR certification required.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinic or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs history and physical examinations for low- to moderate-risk patients.
Orders and interprets labs and diagnostic tests.
Demonstrates independent judgment in monitoring patient status and consulting as needed.
Communicates case management information to healthcare teams.
Performs obstetrical procedures within licensure and manages labor/delivery.
Maintains EMR and documents patient care per WHA guidelines.
Provides patient education and counseling on care plans.
