Novant Health Heart & Vascular - Charlotte is seeking a compassionate Nocturnist Cardiothoracic Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality cardiac care under physician supervision. The role focuses on monitoring patients, performing selective procedures, and collaborating with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Education and licensing requirements include a Master's degree and NCCPA certification, with an active PA license in the state, DEA and ACLS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and NCCPA-accredited PA/NP program.
• Current PA license in appropriate state required; NCCPA certification and DEA registry required.
• ACLS certification required if infusion center or cardiac specialty.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in cardiovascular care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop treatment plans.
• Provide nocturnal coverage and manage patients on the unit.
• Perform selective medical services as directed by physicians.
• Maintain compliance with patient safety and hospital policies.
