Qualifikationen

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Active nursing license in Oregon or able to obtain within 8 weeks.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments of patients’ physical and mental health, including substance history, medical conditions, and vital signs.
• Help develop individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and monitor responses, adjusting with licensed provider.
• Observe and document progress, including withdrawal symptoms, vitals, and overall condition.
• Provide education and support on withdrawal process, treatment options, and relapse prevention.
